At the breakfast buffet (the variety and freshness – everything organic – is simply great)
we discuss leisure activities.
“Letting go” in the Yin Yoga class “EXHALE” in the evening
– the muscles relax – arrive in the here and now!
– while observing your breath – practice meditation!
This healing practice gives you regeneration and more mobility (fascia training)!
In all yoga classes, “variations” are offered so that everyone can stay in their “feel good yoga”.
There is time for hiking, skiing, sauna, relaxing... everything is possible - nothing is necessary!
