A fresh start for your health. A week of fasting, plenty of exercise through hiking and spending time in nature. Let go of everyday life to make more space for what truly matters to you. Daily yoga sessions or the Liebscher & Bracht method support the fasting process.

Through detoxification and cleansing, you'll reconnect with yourself and regain your zest for life and radiant smile day by day. We fast according to the Dr. Buchinger method, using healthy herbal teas, clear spring water, fruit and vegetable juices, and alkaline soup.

Fasting has been practiced since time immemorial, often for religious reasons. All the great founders of religions, such as Christ, Moses, Buddha, Mohammed, and Zarathustra, fasted when faced with important inner decisions. But it's not just religion that prompts us to fast. We have discovered that abstinence from food has a very positive, regulating effect on all vital processes in our bodies.

After fasting, you feel significantly better, more relaxed, and more balanced. By abstaining from food, you get closer to yourself and learn to understand your own body better. Fasting promotes serenity, mental clarity, and a good mood. The body produces and stores more serotonin, the hormone that makes you happy. In this way, the body tries to trick itself, masking the fact that it actually needs food. You no longer feel hunger as intensely, and feelings of happiness prevail.

This week will take place with a minimum of 6 participants.

PROCESS (Subject to change)

until approximately 5 p.m.  | Getting to Rohrmoos, Schladming
6:00 PM | Welcome and introduction, information on the fasting program
followed by dinner (vegetable soup), Glauber's salt 
Day 2 – 6
7:15 – 8:00 a.m.  Yoga or movement therapy according to Liebscher and Bracht
8:00 – 9:00 am drinking juice together
Hike adapted depending on weather and participants
Time for sauna, liver wrap and relaxation
6:00 PM eating alkaline soups together
7:00 PM Keynote speeches and discussions adapted to the current state of mind
Day 7
7:15 – 8:00 a.m.  Yoga or movement therapy according to Liebscher and Bracht
8:00 – 9:00 am drinking juice together
Hike adapted depending on weather and participants
Breaking the fast with an apple during the hike
6:00 PM shared alkaline dinner

8:30 a.m. light alkaline breakfast
