Daily yoga sessions or Liebscher and Bracht exercises support the fasting process. Through detoxification and purification, you'll feel more in tune with yourself and regain your zest for life and a radiant face day by day. We fast according to the Dr. Buchinger method with healthy herbal teas, clear spring water, fruit and vegetable juices, and alkaline soup.

Fasting has been practiced since time immemorial, often for religious reasons. All the great founders of religions, such as Christ, Moses, Buddha, Mohammed, and Zarathustra, fasted when faced with important inner decisions. But it's not just religion that prompts us to fast. We have discovered that abstinence from food has a very positive, regulating effect on all vital processes in our bodies.
After fasting, you'll feel much better, more relaxed, and more balanced. By abstaining from food, you'll get closer to yourself and get to know your own body better. Fasting promotes serenity, clarity of mind, and a good mood. The body produces and stores more serotonin, the hormone that makes you happy. This is how the body tries to trick itself into believing it needs food. You won't feel the hunger as much anymore, and feelings of happiness will take over.
This week will take place with a minimum of 6 participants.

8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Yoga
9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Drinking juice together
Hike adapted depending on weather and participants
Time for sauna, liver wrap and relaxation
6:00 p.m. alkaline soup meal together
7:00 PM Lectures and discussions adapted to the day's mood

8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Yoga
9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Drinking juice together
