In this special yoga week, we combine the powerful tranquility of the mountains with a mindful yoga practice. Whether you are a beginner or already have experience: you decide how intense your journey to yourself will be.
Your day on the mountain
- Morning FlowWe start the day with flowing Vinyasa yoga to awaken the body and get the energy flowing. Whenever possible, we practice on the rooftop yoga terrace with panoramic mountain views and a view of the Dachstein.
- A boost for gourmetsAfter your appointment, a diverse and delicious brunch awaits you. From homemade smoothies and warm porridge to hearty classics and vegetarian and vegan specialties, everything is taken care of.
- Activity & MindfulnessBreathe in the fresh mountain air on guided, relaxed hikes (at least two), which we enrich with small mindfulness exercises or yoga sessions outdoors.
- Time for yourselfThe afternoon is yours to enjoy. Relax in our sauna, read a book, or explore the region on your own. We're happy to help you plan your individual excursions.
- Evening peaceBefore dinner, we immerse ourselves in deep relaxation. With calming restorative yoga and a guided dream journey, we gently bring the day to a close.
