In a 6-day workshop, you&#039;ll learn to deepen your confidence, ease, and enjoyment on skis \u2013 not through increased effort, but through the intelligent interaction of mind and body.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>January 10\u201316, 2027<\/p>\n<p>We cordially invite you to spend a week with us \u2013 moving away from the question &quot;How do I move my skis?&quot;, towards &quot;Under what conditions can effortless movement develop on its own?&quot;\u201e<\/p>\n<p>Each workshop day begins the afternoon before: In the seminar room, each participant receives a private lesson in Alexander Technique with one of our guides. Afterwards, we explore the principles of Ease on Skis together and playfully prepare for the next day on the slopes.<\/p>\n<p>The ski day begins at 9:00 am with a joint exploration of the flat terrain, before we split into small groups of no more than four participants per guide \u2013 tailored to each group&#039;s experience level. The guides change throughout the week, so you benefit from different perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>From 12:00 to 13:00 we enjoy our lunch break together at a ski lodge, before continuing to work on the slopes until about 15:00.
